How do I join the free Pioneer Edge community?+
Just send a message through the contact form below selecting "Join the Community — Free", and you'll receive your Discord invite link by email. The free tier is open to anyone — no payment, no verification.
What's included in Pioneer Edge Premium ($39/month)?+
Premium members get everything in the free tier, plus: live trading sessions during market hours, structured trade ideas and signal breakdowns, monthly group Q&A sessions with the Founder, priority chat and direct messaging, and early access to new tools and resources before public release.
Can I cancel my Premium membership anytime?+
Yes. Premium is a monthly (or yearly) subscription — no lock-in. You can cancel anytime and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't do annoying "win back" calls or guilt-trip emails.
Is the community for beginners or experienced traders?+
Both. The free tier is genuinely beginner-friendly with educational content and basic Q&A. Premium gets into deeper structural analysis and active trade ideas, which experienced traders find most useful. We try to keep the tone respectful regardless of experience level.

Sharekhan or NJ India — which account should I open?+
Open a Sharekhan account if you want a full trading account — equity, F&O, currency, commodity (MCX), IPOs, AND mutual funds, all in one terminal. Open NJ India if you only want mutual funds — it's a dedicated MF platform, cleaner if you'll never trade stocks. Many people open both: Sharekhan for active trading, NJ India for set-and-forget SIPs.
How long does account opening take?+
Sharekhan account opening is fully digital (e-KYC via Aadhaar) — typically activated within 24 to 48 hours after you submit documents. NJ India mutual fund accounts are usually live within 1 to 2 working days. You'll get email confirmations at each step.
What's the minimum amount to start investing?+
For mutual funds via SIP, you can start with as little as ₹500/month. For direct equity, there's no minimum — you can buy one share if you want. For F&O trading, margin requirements depend on the contract size set by the exchange. Realistic starting capital for active trading is ₹50,000–₹1,00,000.
Is my money safe with Sharekhan / NJ India?+
Both are regulated institutions. Your shares are held in your demat account with NSDL/CDSL — independent depositories, not the broker. Mutual fund units are held with the respective AMCs. Pioneer Edge operates as an Authorised Person of Sharekhan and a registered MF distributor of NJ India — we facilitate, but we never hold your money.

Why buy insurance through PB Partners instead of directly?+
Because you get to compare multiple insurers side-by-side on one platform, instead of taking the first agent's pitch. Premium is the same whether you buy through PB Partners or direct — the insurer pays the platform a commission. You get neutral comparison + insurer-direct pricing.
Can I file claims through Pioneer Edge?+
Claims are filed directly with your insurer — Pioneer Edge / PB Partners doesn't process claims. We can guide you through the process, point you to the right contacts, and follow up on your behalf. But the claim settlement is between you and the insurance company.
Which insurance should I prioritise — health or life?+
Usually: health first, then term life (if you have dependents). Health insurance protects against the most common large-expense events; term insurance protects your family if you're no longer around. For everyone with dependents, both are non-negotiable. Investment-linked plans (ULIPs etc.) come after these basics, if at all.

Is crypto trading legal in India?+
Crypto is not banned in India — it's also not currently regulated as a security. You can legally buy, sell, and hold crypto through KYC-compliant exchanges like CoinDCX. There's a flat 30% tax on crypto gains and 1% TDS on transactions above certain thresholds. Read up on the latest tax rules before trading.
Should I use CoinDCX or Binance?+
If you're an Indian resident and want simple INR onboarding (UPI deposits, INR withdrawals), use CoinDCX. If you're outside India or want deeper liquidity and a wider range of products (futures, staking), use Binance. Some traders use both — CoinDCX for INR entry/exit, Binance for active trading. Note: Indian residents face restrictions on Binance derivatives.

When will the indicators launch on MQL5 Marketplace?+
All three indicators (Cluster Breakout, Flip Engine, Sniper) are in final testing for MQL5 Marketplace submission. Approval timelines vary, but expect rolling launches over the coming months. Premium community members get early-preview access ahead of public release. Get notified by signing up via the contact form.
Will there be TradingView versions?+
Eventually, yes — but TradingView uses Pine Script (different from MQL5), so the indicators have to be rewritten from scratch. We're prioritising MQL5 first, since that's where they exist today. Pine Script ports will come later.
Can I use the indicators on multiple MT5 accounts?+
MQL5 Marketplace handles licensing — typically one license per MT5 account, which is the industry standard. Exact terms (multi-account bundles, trial periods, etc.) will be announced at launch.

What's the difference between Pioneer Edge and other AP firms?+
Most AP firms only offer broking. Pioneer Edge brings six service lines under one roof: equity (Sharekhan AP), mutual funds (NJ India), insurance (PB Partners POSP), crypto access, proprietary trading tools, and an active community. You deal with one operator across all your financial needs — no chasing six different people for six different things.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?+
